- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very bad service, rude old women or (hag) answered the phone and could't help me at all with my account login and made it sound like it was my fault. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can't even begin to explain how disappointed i am in this bank, I called on tuesday morning and some menopausal old dog answered the phone and couldn't even help me with my checking account.. LIke what use are you then?? then to tell me i need to speak to someone who isn't even there! and i never got a call back that day! had to call another day and still having trouble with it cause you guys suck.
